Best Flexible Rate (BFR) For when you need flexibility with your reservation.
The Best Flexible rate allows changes or cancellations to your booking up to 72 hours before your arrival without penalty. A deposit of the 1st night's room and taxes will be charged to the credit card at time of booking.
Pre-Paid NON Refundable (PPS)– For when you know your plans won’t change.
Any Changes or Cancellations after your payment has been processed will be subject to a charge of 100% of the stay. PPS rate cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Christmas and Holiday Season December 22, 2022 through January 1, 2023
A deposit of the 1st nights charges will be processed at the time of booking. Payment for the Balance of the reservation will be processed 21 days before your arrival. Any changes or Cancellations once the final payment has been processed will be subject to a charge of 100% of the stay.
