Four of us adults shared a very attractive, comfortable suite that was very clean and spacious enough for us all. It's also a practical place to stay as there was a well equipped kitchen with all the little extras you need. However one of the best aspects of staying here was the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains which were stunning.
My company held an event at Blackstone Mountain Lodge in June and everything went perfectly! I worked with Scarlet from the group booking team and she was very responsive and took care of everything including the little details that helped ensure our event went smoothly. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, as are the grounds around the hotel. We took advantage of the BBQs and many of our attendees used the pool and hot tubs during their stay. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. If you are thinking about planning a business event in Canmore, I highly recommend doing it at Blackstone Mountain Lodge.
Our stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Canmore! We stayed for three nights, and from the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was wonderful.
We were warmly greeted by Ingrid, and she absolutely made our day! She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond by surprising us with a wonderful room upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Ingrid, for starting our vacation on such a positive note!
Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible mountain view that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to the scenery each morning was simply breathtaking. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the Rockies.
One feature we especially loved was the lighting throughout the suite. The living area and bedrooms were bright, warm, and thoughtfully designed, creating such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The only small suggestion we have is that the bathroom lighting could be a little brighter, and a stronger water pressure in the shower would make an already fantastic stay absolutely perfect.
When it was time to leave, Jacob made our checkout experience just as pleasant as our arrival. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel appreciated until the very end of our stay.
The entire property is beautiful, well maintained, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring Canmore and the surrounding mountains. Every member of the staff we encountered was welcoming and provided exceptional hospitality.

We booked a large group event that included catering and meeting room requirements, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist throughout the entire process. The catering was fantastic, and everything ran smoothly. We would absolutely recommend them to others and were so pleased with the experience that we have already booked with them again next year.
