Yes, the registered guest of the hotel must be present and show their government issued photo ID and corresponding valid credit card. Don't forget to have your vehicle information ready, including your license plate number.
We pre-authorize your credit card upon arrival to guarantee the remaining balance for your total stay and an additional $200 incase of any incidentals you may incur during stay.

Driving from Calgary, take the Trans-Canada HWY 1 West to Canmore. Take Exit 91 and stay right. Follow Bow Valley Trail, turn right onto Kananaskis way (opposite Cam Clark Ford). Blackstone Mountain Lodge is located at 170 Kananaskis Way.
Yes, an ATM is located in the main lobby opposite the front desk.
The pool and 2 hot tubs are open daily from 9am to 10pm.
We do not have a lifeguard on duty in our pool area.
Yes, our outdoor pool is heated to 28 C (83 F) and open year-round unless it is -25C (-13 F) outside.
Our pool and hot tubs do not have a lifeguard on duty. All children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult.
Pool & hot tubs are for the use of hotel guests only. We do not offer day passes for the pool area.
Our pool and hot tub area are not accessible by wheelchair.
Yes, heated underground parking is included in the reosrt fee, one vehicle per room. The height clearance for the underground parking lot is 6ft 5" or 1.95m.

We have 3 TESLA electric car charging spaces in our underground parking garage.
One parking stall is allocated per room. On street parking is available for additional cars.
* During low occupancy periods, we may allow additional registered vehicles to use the parkade - subject to availability. Use underground parking at your own risk.
We do not offer valet service.
Our fitness room is open 6 am – 10 pm daily.
Guests must be 16 years and over to use the fitness room unsupervised. The Fitness Room is open from 6am to 10pm daily.
We do not offer shuttle service.
Yes. Quiet time is from 10 pm – 8 am daily.
We want all our guests to have a quiet, safe, and relaxing stay. Loud music, parties, and horseplay are not permitted at any time. If you are aware of disruptive guests, please inform Guest Services by dialing zero on your in-room phone.
Yes, High speed Wi-Fi is included with your stay as part of the resort fee.

Yes, we have 2 elevators that go to all floors of the hotel from the parking garage.
A computer with internet access is located in the lobby across from the front desk. Printing can be provided by our guest services team (charges may apply).
Yes, we can store luggage. Please ask Guest Services for details.
Yes, bike storage is available in the parkade. You will need to provide your own bike lock.
Yes, we have a meeting space that can accommodate up to 50 people. Please email any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not have a restaurant onsite. However, our suite style rooms offer fully equipped kitchens.
We do not have a bar or lounge in the hotel. We are just a short walk to many local restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
We do not have purpose-built accessible rooms in the hotel. However, all rooms can be accessed via the elevator and there are no indoor steps within our rooms/suites. Additionally, we do not offer wheelchair accessible bathtubs, accessible shower stalls, grab bars, or rails, in the bathrooms.
This feature is not currently available on in room TVs.
We do not have a pay-per-view option with our TV cable provider. However, we offer complimentary DVD/Blu-ray movies which are available at the Front Desk.
Netflix is accessible via the Blu-ray player in the rooms. You will need your own personal account and password to view Netflix during your stay.
We have pack & play pens, that can be provided free of charge for small children(<2). Please request this prior to your arrival. Subject to availability.
We do not provide any roll away or extra beds for our rooms or suites.
Room service is not offered as we do not have a restaurant or bar in the hotel.
Sporting equipment is not permitted in guest room or suites. There are ski lockers located in the parkade, you will need to provide your own coins.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking of any type, including but not limited to; cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, water pipes, incense is not permitted in the hotel or guest suites.
Our 1 Bedroom Deluxe suites can connect to deluxe hotel rooms. Each room needs to be purchased separately, and adjoining rooms requested prior to your arrival.
This is not an issue for our guest as we do not use down feathers in our suite.
Pets / Animals
We are not a pet friendly hotel. Only qualified SDA and ADI canines are permitted. Blackstone Mountain Lodge allows for a maximum of two SDA and/or ADI compliant canines per suite. See details here: SERVICE & GUIDE DOGS. For more information, please click here.

Reservations / Rate Details
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation
Yes, you can pay in advance or use another party's authorized card to pay for your stay. Please use the PDF linked below to download, complete, and submit a third-party credit card authorization form prior to your arrival.
In addition, Business travelers may use a company credit card, but our hotel will only accept company cards on which both your name and the company's name appear. If a card meeting this requirement is not available, please complete and submit one of the forms linked below prior to your arrival.
Yes, we offer 1st responders a 10% discount, with valid identification. This discount does not apply to already discounted rates.
If you added their name on your reservation, they can check in under your reservation prior to your arrival as long as they provide their photo ID and credit card to pre-authorize at check in.
We have multiple staff members who speak more than one language.
The rate is charged, per room per night up to the maximum occupancy of the room as per the below

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the party through which you made your reservation to discuss your options. Note: there are varying cancelation policies and penalties my be incurred.

Gift cards can be redeemed against any stay the has been booked directly with the hotel only. Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and mention they type of gift card you wish to redeem.
