"We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. Great having a heated underground parkade too, but it's also conveniently located to the heart of Canmore (which is walking distance). We really appreciated the excellent service. Thalia and Ben at the front desk in particular went above and beyond!"

"The staff was excellent when I booked the room and when we checked in. Emma was able to get us checked in early and had some special treats sent up for my partner's birthday. Thalia was amazing when I booked the room and helped check us out and explain the bill. All in all an awesome experience at Blackstone Mountain Lodge."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. Alyssa, who helped me book, left wine and craft sofa for my friends and I to enjoy. Soooooo thoughtful! The housekeeper, Teresa, did a phenomenal job. Thank you to all the staff.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved the chairs and light fixtures in our suite!
Hot tub and pool were clean and a great temperature.
My group of 7 girlfriends had an amazing weekend here!

"Well appointed, clean, beautifully decorated spacious rooms. Professional, friendly staff always available to help and to answer questions especially Ruby. Our family spent two nights in two units and returned later in the week for one night in the fabulous penthouse. I highly recommend Blackstone Mtn Lodge and would definitely stay again!''
